In order to register for a class, each family will pay a $30 registration fee that will include a t-shirt that we will wear at numerous events. Siblings who enroll in a class will be charged a $15 registration fee which covers the cost of their shirt.
We do not carry medical insurance for our students. It is the parent’s responsibilities to insure their children with their own insurance. We are not responsible for injuries or accidents.

1st Class: $40.00
2nd Class: $30.00
3rd Class or more: $20.00
Tuition is paid in 10 installments that are due the 1st day of each month from August 1 to May 1. When you register, your payment method will be set up and automatically deducted from your account on the 1st of each month. If your payment doesn’t process there will be a $15 fee.
Each Costume is $40 and will need be paid in full by November 1.
Refunds will not be issued for registration fee, tuition, late fees, absence of class, costumes, recital fee, etc.
Attendance will be taken in the first five minutes of class time. Attendance and participation is imperative for a dance student to progress. Proper technique and dance skills are accomplished through practice and patience. Every student with perfect attendance will receive a special award.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE OF STUDIO
Students should arrive on time to class and be picked up promptly. Please inform your child’s teacher if they need to be picked up before class time is over.
Please wear dance attire to each class. We are a dance ministry and ask that no bellies are showing and shorts are proper length.
In event of inclement weather, a decision will be made by 2:30 p.m. and will be posted on the studio’s website and facebook page. Please make sure you check before coming to class and remember that these days are non-refundable and we will not be made up.

Each student may invite as many people as they would like. Parents are encouraged to bring flowers or a gift to recital for their children to let them know you appreciate how well they did throughout the year.
RECITAL PROGRAM BOOKS
We will allow parents to buy ads for their children to be in our recital book. These books will be for sell at dress rehearsal and recital. There will be pictures from Christmas parades, as well as other pictures taken throughout the year. It will list the students with perfect attendance, as well as the order of the program for recital. More information will be sent out with the children throughout the year.
Students will be placed in the class that will be most beneficial for them. A combination of age and ability will be taken into consideration. As the student progresses, ability is of utmost importance, with age regarded second. Children grow and advance at many different rates; therefore they will be enrolled in the class level most appropriate for their ability. Students will be under evaluation throughout the first month of class in order to determine if they have been placed in the correct classes.
There will be opportunities to observe throughout the year by teachers permission. Christmas party week is a definite observation day for parents, grandparents, family and friends to come watch their favorite dancer! Cameras and video are welcomed.
We have the right to terminate any student and/or parent from the studio at any time.
We will be participating in parades this year. More information will be sent home closer to time for parades. We will have a sign up sheet for everyone to let us know they will be attending the parade.
Ballerina and Superhero Birthday Parties are available. We provide the facility, a gift for the boy or girl, 45 minutes of instruction, and 45 minutes of party time. A limit of 30 guests will be allowed. Everyone will be invited to stay inside the studio to observe the children. The cost for an hour and a half party is $100.00. If you are interested, please contact the studio for details.
PARENT – TO – STUDIO COMMUNICATION
Parental communication is key; however it is difficult during class time. Please check the website or email us to let us know of any questions or concerns you may have.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please put your child’s name in all of their belongings to keep from getting their things lost. We will have a lost and found for everyone to check periodically. Young children may receive candy and hand stamps at the end of class when they are good listeners and participate well. If you do not want your child to receive awards please let your child’s teacher know ASAP.
